"My work is selfish in its genesis, it only has a method of salvation, a life jacket in the face of addictions and moments of real darkness. I am only interested in what is inside, hence a certain dehumanisation of the characters. I rely on the representation of contemporary nihilism and on the beauty of the grotesque, deformation and the "ugly". Each work tells, to a greater or lesser degree, my personal disturbance, a search for form and technique. Without great expectations when it comes to transcending, my painting has given me what it had to give me, it has already done its job, to generate an escape route, from then on everything that comes is an addition".
