Ryohei Matsumoto is a Japanese artist born in 1988 who lives & works in Yokohama, Japan. His artworks symbolize contemporary society using the world of living creatures. In the world of real creatures, there are social relationships such as predation, prediction, coexistence, symbiosis, competition & rivalry. There is no good or evil in their relationship in nature, they just exist from the time of life birth. The artist aims to create universal works regardless of age or country by expressing human society using the story of living creatures. He has been awarded from the prestigious Sekai grand prize in 2014 & 2015 in Tokyo.
