The German-Egyptian artist was born and raised in Heidelberg. In her early childhood she preferred painting as an expression of spoken language. After completing her schooling and nursing training, she had the opportunity for private art education in Italy. She lived and studied for 2 years with Franzesco Santini in Sardinia and continued her artistic training in Germany, then studied Egyptology, Islamic studies and archeology at the University of Cologne as well as 9 years of contemporary dance and Egyptian dance training. With a focus on Egyptian dance, she was internationally active and taught dance, gymnastics and painting. The artist opened an Orient Store in Bonn and realized her vision of connecting cultures and bringing people closer to the authentic taste of the Orient, a world full of colors and warmth in the Orient houses - event bistro and restaurant “Ya Habibi ". The artist lives and works in Turkey since 2002, where she presents and teaches the art and dance. In 2015 her paintings were published together with the poems by Franziska Pietsch in the artist book “Seelenlandschaften” published by Deutscher Lyrikverlag. Nasrah Nefer combines Eastern and Western cultures in her art, as so do designs from the Art Noveau and Art Deco. Her artworks are shown in international exhibitions. In 2020 she founded the Artist group N A S Art with the Turkish painters Ayşe Akalın Yalcındağ and Serpil Topaloğlu. 2022 the Artıst was awarded wıth the Leonardo da Vıncı Prıze, Italy.
