Linda Aquaro, originally from Puglia and settled in Rome for over twenty years, is a versatile artist who, in addition to her career as an architect, pursues a personal artistic research that embraces both traditional and contemporary techniques. Her craftsmanship stands out for the skillful use of materials and gestures, expressing a variety of emotions.
Through painting, engraving, and illustration, Linda explores the relationship between the volumes of the face and the surrounding space, playing with pure geometries and human morphology. Her most recent works, combining traditional painting with linoleum engraving, invite the viewer to deep contemplation, digging beneath the surface to reveal layers of hidden meaning.
