My name is Daniela Bařtipánová My paintings are created in the village below Hora Říp - Krabčice. What I like and don't like. I don't like dry weather and Christmas in the mud. My family is among my favorites. Then of course Spring and everything that goes with it. I love old things, music, dancing, wine, almonds in chocolate, good food, theatre, walks, cycling, scooters, energy work and above all I like to try and learn new things such as the right brain hemisphere course in 2016 -painting pencil. After that, I wanted to try something more and went to an oil painting course, followed by acrylic painting and dry brush painting. As a self-taught artist, I also tried painting with a spatula, a napkin, and so on. Since then I have been drawing regularly. I suddenly discovered that drawing is a way for me to relax, unwind and also express myself. It's like meditation for me. When I draw, I am fully focused on the moment of presence, on my breath, on the movement of my hand and the collision of the brush, pencil, napkin, charcoal that I have at hand. For me, it is a way to my inner world, where I can be with myself, perceive my feelings and thoughts and give them shape and color on canvas. I don't have a particular style or technique, I paint what comes to mind, what interests me, what interests me. I had the opportunity to sign up for the Magic Square project, where I had the opportunity to paint pictures on a canvas measuring 136x136 cm. The paintings will then travel around the world for five years with the possibility of purchase. I started exhibiting in full in 2022, where I had the honor of exhibiting at the Galerie u zlatého Kohouta, Azyl Bar - Pilsen, the International Open Art Fest exhibition where in 2021 I won 5th place in an online vote out of about 100 or more artists. I plan to hold exhibitions in the Church as well. In every picture I paint or draw I put a piece of myself, my energy and it absorbs me very much, I am then able to paint, draw from the evening until morning.. I welcome new knowledge and experience and I don't resist anything.
