Argentine artist Ale Feijó, 55, has made a bold move to emerge in his passion for painting, after almost three decades of work as a graphic designer. When I paint women, they and I are the same person, with no past or future, only in the here and now. Beautiful, sensual, erotic, imperfect, strong, vulnerable... Female bodies... Women and their bodies... My women are one woman... it is I who bring all the others into the artistic representation of my interiority". With a feverish and passionate brushstroke with his pencil, he skillfully brings his viewers into the female world using lights and shadows, layered textures of rich and bold tints or enamels combined with sketches, writings and passionate traits. Ale Feijó has a degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. In addition to her long career as a designer, she has extensive teaching experience having been an adjunct professor of Gonzalez Typography in the Graphic Design career among other chairs in which she developed her educational work. He currently teaches Urban and Mural Intervention in the fourth year of the Department of Fine Arts at the Santa Ana Institute in parallel with the teaching of Human Figure Drawing.
