Home Shows E' Per Sempre

The duration of time is forever challenged and in particular that duration, which has a positive and necessary value in the cultural sphere, but which becomes negative in the case of categories, inexpensive, malleable and aesthetically valuable and very useful materials.

It is Forever
by Mara Fabbro and Alberto Pasqual.
On April 2, 2022, the E 'Forever Exhibition by Mara Fabbro and Alberto Pasqual will be inaugurated, with the curatorship of Matteo Sormani, in the Augeo Art Space Center for Contemporary Art, born from the reconversion of Palazzo Spina, on Corso d'Augusto, main artery of the city of Rimini. Its splendid vaulted rooms will host a significant selection of the works of two Friulian artists, among the most representative of contemporary art research. The exhibition promoted by Theke and the Giovanni Santin Foundation is accompanied by a catalog published by Punto Marte publisher.
The category of Time is forever challenged and in particular that of duration, which has a positive and necessary value in the cultural sphere, but which becomes negative in the case of plastics, inexpensive, malleable and aesthetically valuable and very useful materials, which however become dangerous. precisely because they are indestructible, harmful when they are dispersed into the environment. The same image used to visually represent the exhibition, the iconic hand wearing the "precious" ring, in transparent plastic, seals the union between man / plastic / environment, bearing witness to the urgency of thinking today about a different future, in whose lifestyle is attentive to Culture, the Present and the Future, and therefore also to environmental issues.
It is forever, it brings the art of the present back to the highest conceptual potential. By involving the visitor, the works lend themselves to diversified readings thanks to the transparency and lightness of the plastics; to the softness of precious papers; to resins and polycarbonates; to corten and ferro-cast steels.
