The background of the painting is paint with modeling paste, which created an uneven surface, and the painting then appears as if it were an uneven wall on which someone painted a portrait of a woman. My name is Markéta Bakulová and I live in Chrudim. Although I have liked to paint and create (e.g. ceramics and candles) since childhood, creation found me with real intensity in 2019. I first started with a pencil, then added acrylic painting and finally oil painting. I use all three techniques to capture the emotions I feel. I enjoy the possibility of choosing how I will create. There are also days when I go from the drying canvas to pencils and paper and continue drawing. Last year I also added the production of soy candles, which are a great decoration. I just like it colorful and I love the process of creating something new with my hands.
