Lim Tong Xin was born in Semenyih, Selangor in 2001.She works as a fine artist based in Selangor. She is receiving her Diploma in Fine Art from the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA). Her strength is innovative creations, such as using different materials for research and collocation and she always starts directly on the canvas without drafting, because she tends to use her own emotions to look at each one. The event then proceeds into the most natural creation. Her creative ability is unlimited, but once she has a passion for creation, she will produce several works. She is a multidisciplinary artist who focuses on sculpture, painting, drawing, printmaking, and mixed-media art.
