Motion 17.2 about Emilio Giuseppe Farina as "Giuseppe Antonio Nino" Farina. The winner of the first official Grand Prix in the history of the Formula 1 world championships and the first world champion in these races. The image is based on the good work of the operator of those events and a successful storyboard. The frame is where Nino Farina rushes on the way to his victory. Black and white newsreel of the events of the past years, filmed, has its own unique shades and color gradations.

1976 , Georgia

Eduard Churkin is a Russian artist born in 1976 who lives and works in Tbilisi, Georgia. Eduard likes to transfer unique colors and memories into his artworks. A series of works represents stills from feature films of 16 x 22 mm & 16 x 25 mm film format by famous movie directors. Each work as an art object conveys the unique state of the time when the film was shot. Differing from each other in condition, atmosphere, and time when the film was shot. As well as the style and technique of performance. The name of the series “Movie" is an industrial landscape or a landscape as such in which the movement of an object occurs in one direction. The title of each film represents the work as a complete image. A reminder that we are all on a journey, long or short, in motion or flat, but it continues. And every step taken today, how deja vu will be reflected in the future... Déjà Vu is the memory of the past and is the essence of the “work-motion movement”. Everyone can feel and see in the pictures something of their own.
