Vincent Forstenlechner (1996, AT) is a visual artist and photographer from Salzburg, Austria. He currently lives in Vienna, where he graduated from the Institute of Graphic Arts at the College of Photography. Since 2019 he is part of the Applied Photography and Time-based Media program at the University of Applied Arts. In addition to his artistic practice, he is doing freelance editorial work. Forstenlechner is also a co-founder of the artist initiative ECLECT Lab.

His work focuses on long-term projects exploring personal and social issues and questioning the connection between memory, identity, and place through photography. He is interested in highlighting and uncovering oblique connections that exist in our everyday life. He often chooses a documentary approach, incorporating staged and abstract imagery to highlight these intangible dynamics. His work has been exhibited at Fotohof Salzburg, FOTO Wien, and the Athens Photo Festival, among others.
