Kyriakos Kaziras ia a Greco-French photographer. He was born in 1966 in Athens. He has been educated on art and photography from an early age, thanks to his grandparents. When his parents moved to Geneva, Kyriakos learnt French and then he studied literature at the Sorbonne University. During that time, he kept on photographing and sharpening his eye. It was during a trip to Zimbabwe that Kyriakos felt the urge to photograph. He started to be passionated about the African landscapes, with their vivid lights and the wild animals. Therefore, he begun to go for excursions all around the world, meeting men and animals to photograph, a personal way to report the magic beauty and the fragility of our planet. The theme concerning composition is one of the features of Kyriakos Kaziras' photos.
