Jomary Bierenbroodspot discovered her love for visual arts in childhood. Her focus is mainly on micro and macro representations of nature using acrylic paint, pigments, plaster, fabric, paper and dried natural elements. Each creation is carefully and meticulously made through layers of materials exposing 3D. The drips are a signature style that is present in all her artworks. Along each drip are an expression of letting go and acceptance which creates calmness. The artist's artworks are her safe havens and the roads to self-reconciliation and inner peace. Her artwork style changes constantly as she navigates life and grows.
Artist Statement:
"My artworks are a fusion of my love for nature and love for creating art. Art saved me. I found self-reconciliation and inner peace through it. "The drips" as I called them are my meditations along side the hidden or not-so-hidden swallow birds and ladybugs due to their good luck and positive symbols. They are perfect charms and I love them!"
