Erika Zolli is an Italian photographer specialising in Fine Art, living and working in Angera. His interest in photography was born during his university studies in Philosophy and Cognitive Sciences. He began to apply the study of the human being and his reality, both conscious and unconscious, to the figurative arts. Her photography explores the dreamlike dimension of the mind through surreal worlds she creates. His works have been mentioned by several magazines and newspapers including: L’Espresso, La Repubblica, Il Fotografo, L’OEil de la photographie, Art in America, Ansa, Vice, Fubiz, etc. In 2021 he won the first prize of the eighteenth edition of the prestigious Smithsonian Magazine competition in Washington in the "Altered Images" category. In 2016 he won the first prize at the "My City" competition organised by the European Environment Agency and the first prize at the "Transition to the Green Economy" (T2gE) conference held in Bratislava.
