Aurélie Suzanon was born in 1983 and she is a new self-taught painter based in Indre et Loire, in France. Previously, she was a furniture painter. Then, she turned to painting on canvas in order to explore new worlds and developing her own style. Her creations are characterised by abstract and contemporary painting inspired by nature, the elements and materials. She likes to experiment unconventional techniques, such as the use of sand, plaster or collage, to create collage, to create textures and visual effects. Her works are mainly categorised by four themes: Profondeur, Oxydation, Matières and Perception. Morevoer, the canvases are not named in order to allow the viewer to be led by their own emotions and sensibility.
