1948 Campi Salentina, Italy

Lorenzo Invidia aka Loi Di Campi was born in Campi Salentina in 1948. After a short experience as a teacher in middle and high schools, in the 80s he founded an artistic ceramics company together with his wife, with the brand DE.AR. Thus began a fruitful international exhibition experience, participating in the most important fairs in the ceramic art sector for more than 20 years.

At the same time, alongside the experience of the artefact of art, painting, always in constant and rigorous research expressiveness. Thus Loi di Campi's painting is full of chromatic vitality, according to an abstract compositional process. From the end of 2012 to today it focuses on white, and surfaces become a field for futuristic architecture. White multi-dimensional structures are born, real plastic scenographies. Cities that go beyond the imaginative dimension for a dream in the ufological ether. In the constant linguistic contamination of multimedia art, Loi di Campi does not neglect research, he exercises experimentation with the help of the interdisciplinary element of computer design.

He creates works with overlaps and combinations of colored surfaces previously taken and elaborated. Thus a further poetic "game" of metamorphosis was born. Do not overlook the other aesthetic that Loi di Campi professionally exercises: music. It can certainly be said that painting cannot do without music. He has held solo and group exhibitions in multiple cities. In 2015 he was called by the illustrious art historian Prof.

Carlo Franza to hold a personal exhibition entitled "Novelle architectures" in the "Scenarios" Project at Plus Florence in Florence and a second entitled "Aisberg. Forms and geographies "at Plus Berlin in Berlin in the" European Roads "Project. In 2016 he is still in Berlin at Plus Berlin, invited by the critic Prof.

Carlo Franza with a personal exhibition of cards entitled "Modules". In 2016, invited by Prof. Carlo Franza, he won the Arts and Culture Award (Museum Award) in Milan at the Circolo della Stampa and in Florence the "Premium International Florence Seven Stars". In 2017 he won the Salento Contemporary Art Award 2017 and the "Turris Magna 2017" Award in Tricase (LE). Carlo Franza has extensively written about his work on Il Gionale.
