Silvia Berton approaches the world of photography initially as a model; soon, however, she becomes more interested in the creative process behind the goal rather than in being the subject itself. Although minimalist in nature, her style remains full of character, strength and storytelling. Her works intrinsically ask the viewer to stop, reflect and be absorbed by that moment.
The compositional imagery seems to come from almost another dimension and leaves a lasting impression. Silvia's compositions create a seductive atmosphere and lead us with our eyes to a story that we have yet to understand. When we look at her works, we seem to slip into someone else's dream: it is real, without being true. It is mysterious, passionate and almost always leaves us with an open breath, without ever telling us the end of the story.
