Natalie Westbrook received her BFA from The Cooper Union, her MA in Critical and Curatorial Studies from the University of Louisville, and her MFA in Painting and Printmaking from the Yale University School of Art where she received the Robert Schoelkopf Memorial Travel Grant, and the Carol Schlosberg Memorial Prize for Excellence in Painting.  

Westbrook has exhibited internationally, including shows with Rarity Gallery, Mykonos, Greece; Galleri Golsa, Oslo, Norway; Artformosa, Taipei City, Taiwan; Paris Contemporary Art Show, Paris, France; Robert Miller Gallery, New York, NY; Freight+Volume, New York, NY; Interstate Projects, Brooklyn, NY; the B3 Biennial of the Moving Image in Frankfurt, Germany; and Wonzimer Gallery, Los Angeles, CA.  The artist’s work is held in private and public collections, including Markel Corporation, Red Bank, NJ; Capital One, Richmond, VA; and Art Bank Program, US Department of State, Washington, DC; and Haleakala National Park, Maui, HI. 

Westbrook was appointed Lecturer in Painting at Yale University 2010-2019, and currently teaches at Carnegie Mellon University where she lives and works in Pittsburgh, PA.

Artist Natalie Westbrook graduated from the School of Fine Arts at the Cooper Union School of Art.

She also obtained a master's degree in critical and curatorial studies from the University of Louisville and her MFA in painting and printmaking from the Yale University School of Art.

Natalie Westbrook exhibits in the United States and around the world, including recent exhibitions with the Golsa Gallery in Oslo, Norway; at the Art formosa international contemporary art fair in Taipei City, Taiwan; the same in France in Paris during contemporary art fairs.

The Artist also exhibits in New York at the Robert Miller Gallery, as well as at the CRUSH Curatorial. Still in Europe and after various projects at Yale University and New York, Natalie Westbrook participates in the B3 Biennial of the moving image in Frankfurt, Germany; and in the United States at the Co / Lab at Art Platform Los Angeles, CA.

She was received in residence at the Haleakala, Robert Schoelkopf Memorial Travel Fellowship; also the Carol Schlosberg Prize for the excellence of his Painting.

His work is held in private and public collections including the Markel Corporation, Red Bank, NJ; Capital One, Richmond, VA; and Art Bank Program, US Department of State, Washington, DC; and finally the National Haleakala, Maui, HI.

She was appointed Lecturer in Painting at Yale University from 2010-2019 and currently teaches at Carnegie Mellon University where she lives and works in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
