    Mr. Brainwash (pseudonym of Thierry Guetta) is a naturalized French-American graffiti artist. He appropriates images from popular culture and art history to incorporate into his ironic silkscreens and sculptures. The artist first came to prominence as the main character in Banksy's 2010 film 'Exit Through the Gift Shop'. Brainwash has also designed album covers for artists such as Madonna and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
