Andrea Cereda comes to the world of art through experience gained in the field of advertising.
To create his works, he uses iron and sheet metal from old, discoloured, rusted, burnt industrial drums, assembled together and held together by stitching or 'urgent' welding, as the artist likes to call it.
His works start from considerations that mainly concern the great themes of man and are based on an aesthetic idea that leaves much room for compositional instinct during the realisation phase.
Born in Lecco in 1961, Andrea Cereda lives in Robbiate, Brianza.his exhibition activity began in 2001, since then many exhibitions have been held both in Italy and abroad.for years he has been collaborating with Pulcinoelefante editions with his works.
