Galerie C is an independent contemporary art space in Switzerland with more than 400 m² museum-quality exhibitions, airy, simple and elegant, designed to highlight the works. Created in 2011 by current director Christian Egger, Galerie C has Sophie Guerry (assistant at the fairs), Morgane Paillard (assistant to the director) and Tom Masson (fairs assistant). In addition, the entire visual communication of Galerie C is the result of a close collaboration with Thibaud Tissot, from the Swiss graphic studio OnLab (Berlin / Geneva). The mission of a contemporary art gallery, besides its commercial function is to evoke questions and to present progressist projects to its public. And, this just to what Galerie C devotes itself by establishing strong links with artists, whether Swiss, French or German. Fully aware of the importance of the outreach that contemporary art fairs offer, Galerie C makes a point of presenting their artists at different events, particularly the French scene. Building on our experience, we are regularly at “Drawing Now Paris” and are pleased to participate this year, for the first time, at “Paréidolie”. The award of the “Drawing Now” 2017 Prize to Lionel Sabatté honored this commitment to our artists.
