Home Shows Irene Fenara. Blinds and other Cloudings

UNA is pleased to present the personal exhibition of Irene Fenara: Blinds and other Cloudings, the third appointment of the annual exhibition program in collaboration with Spazio Leonardo, the new container of Leonardo Assicurazioni - Generali Milano Liberazione.

For this exhibition, conceived for the Spazio Leonardo gallery, Irene Fenara continues her research on the aesthetics of supervision and control, presenting a selection of images from surveillance cameras saved from the continuous flow that deletes them every 24 hours, underlining the contrast between a highly functional activity and an equally powerful aesthetic.

Irene's interest focuses, in particular, on images subject to obfuscation of vision, where the blurred vision and the blindness of the devices cast doubt on the essence of the image itself.
On the occasion of the exhibition, a catalog will be produced with a critical text by Francesco Zanot and the installation views of the site-specific project.
