Suits are wearables and a symbol of status. Chickens are food supplies and a cruel symbol in the food chain. They all draw resources from nature.

Li Ya-Wei is a Chinese artist born in 1990 who lives & works in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province in China. He is graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the School of Art & Design of Nanchang University. His works are permeated with the unique expressionistic turmoil, confusion and anxiety of young artists of his age, and some of his works also show the critical and redemptive consciousness of resistance and search because of this disorder, confusion and anxiety. It is believed that in next few years, his works will be more violent and touching. The restless soul of such a young artist can be seen throbbing in an atmosphere of melancholy harmony and silence.
