An unbreakable bond with Venice. All of her works are born from suggestions from her beloved city. Paying homage to the old masters with techniques such as the encaustic and gold leaf, she gives life to works with a precious Byzantine taste with great attention to the twentieth-century avant-garde born in Venice. Precious materials and compositional elegance are the cornerstones of this pictorial research.

Venetian artist, deeply bound to her city. Gold, which she loves because it is "pure", recurs in her works just as on the facade of Venice baroque palaces. The canvas is sometimes lacerated to exacerbate the line between the light and obscurity over which each one has to find their balance.
The viewer is allowed to find their own meanings, colors, emotions and images. Vania's art is precisely a prism, the means through which the emotional beam of white light is fragmented, giving the viewer a multitude of colors and sensations.
