Ştefan Bădulescu (Vatra Dornei, Romania, 1983) graduated from the BA and Master programs at the University of Art and Design Cluj, Romania, specializing in Photography and Multimedia. His works transform the physical reality using digital photography enabling it to become a surreal one filled with symbols, myths and meanings than give “plain” photography a welcomed new way to become a different visual language. He is also interested in areas that at first glance lack relevant esthetic content and in the possibility to imbue them with an aura of visual refinement.

1998 – 2002 – The “Ion Luca” Theoretical High school, specializing in Mathematics and Physics, Vatra Dornei, Suceava, Romania;
2003 – 2007 – BA at the University of Art and Design Cluj, specializing in Photography and Multimedia;
