Sergio Padovani was born in Modena in 1972.
He exhibited at the Galleria Estense in Modena, at the Ariosto House in Ferrara, at the Civic Museums of Bassano del Grappa, at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome, and in two Biennials: in 2011 at the Venice Biennale (Italian Pavilion) and in 2016 at the Rimini Design Biennial. He is present in the collections of Macs, the contemporary art museum of Catania, and the Bilotti Ruggi d'Aragona Museum, in Rende (Cosenza). He lives in Modena.
