Stéphanie Duchêne, artistic name LYRAE, was attracted very early by drawing, it is quite naturally that she took painting lessons in different structures. Subsequently, her combined passions guided her in learning the craftsmanship of crafts in upholstery. After obtaining her baccalaureate in 2009, she created her craft business in 2010. Rich in her 7 years of experience in entrepreneurship, in 2018 she decided to devote herself exclusively to the professions of painter artists by taking courses at the art school of Saumur (49). Mother of two children, she currently live in Saumur on the banks of the Loire.

Spring 2020, she made her first paintings in illustrated poetry. This period was devoted to the use of several materials such as acrylic, watercolor, Indian ink and pastel pencils in the extension of her fingers and her brushes.

Just like tales, mythologies and legends, here favorite themes are plants, minerals, cosmic art, symbols, the divine and imaginary art.
