My Distant Love is an oil painting representing the love for an unreachable and powerful sea. These gentle forming and majestic waves symbolize the feeling of profound and painful loss and grief of losing a partner. A melancholy ebbs and flows through these waves of soft and somber blues. Yet they are quite beautiful as my memory continues to grasp for that special time.
