This piece from the Particles Series is inspired by a garden or a landscape from the cosmic plain. Its vibrant colors intend to make the viewer feel warm and happy and bright. One of the captivating things about this piece is the detail of the background, how the colors merge and almost dissolve into one another, with the dancing flower particles floating in the foreground.
Particles Series derives from the Flor del Sol Series, which is a concept of a Flower of Love. Here, our main character, Flor, begins her cosmic journey, this is the part where Flor’s body disintegrates and floats off into the cosmos. The pieces of her body form galaxies that breed life, while her soul is reborn on the surface of a star, a different sun. She will remain there until the world becomes a better place for all its inhabitants, and only then will she return back to her home - Earth.
Fun fact - JuanCarlos donates 80% from his portion of the proceeds to an animal rescue mission called ArtToSaveLives.

JuanCarlos rLora is a conceptual painter, sculptor and storyteller. Almost all of his works communicate surreal narratives as well as philosophical and scientific theories. He tells stories and sometimes those stories require different styles of art, thus his work varies from one series to the next, but all intertwine and connect into a cohesive narrative, much like chapters in a book. These "chapters" are underlined by a common theme, to bring awareness and show ways to save our home, planet Earth. JuanCarlos has visually written a concept art story called 'Flor' which spanned over 15 years, encompassing various painting and sculpture series. His collectors are intrigued and drawn to his work, so much so that they often acquire a piece or two from each of the series, to then build the entire visual conceptual story in their homes.
