At the height of his synthesis, the artist reaches the broken beam, an icon of existential laceration, a real, concrete and looming presence in space. The wood breaks vehemently, shows its fracture and the force with which it was torn up. Giuseppe Tirabasso's research therefore reaches the most tragic of possible outcomes: the beam is closed within a plexiglass case. The destructive sensations, the tragic and the irremediable, break the wood and pour into the space, which is now closed, circumscribed, but at the same time total because there is no possibility of intervening, repairing and curing. The viewer is faced with a closed, untouchable pain, a reality that can only be observed. The artist shows herself in all her young soul full of emotion and suffering and her art, so sincere and with a moving humanity, is recognized with the "Man Size" award.
