Fernando Sinaga (Zaragoza, 1951) is a Spanish sculptor, with important samples in national and international galleries. Since that date, it has been exhibited in different galleries and museums in Spain, Germany and the U.S.

In 1989 he participated in the XX International Biennial of São Paulo, Brazil; in 1992 in the V Triennale Felbach, of Germany. In 2000 he exhibited at the Spanish Pavilion of the Hannover Universal Exhibition. His work is represented, among others, in the collection of the Reina Sofía Art Museum, Patio Herreriano, ARTIUM, in the Extremeño and Ibero-American Museum of Contemporary Art (Badajoz), Bank of Spain, Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM), etc.

In recent years, his artistic career has received public recognition from the Valparaíso de Almería Foundation and the Villa de Madrid Award for the best sculpture exhibition held in that city during 2001. Interested in public art, he has carried out several projects, almost always in collaboration with architects. The last ones: that of the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia, with Santiago Calatrava and that of the Pericones Park (Gijón, 2002).

Fernando Sinaga currently works as a professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Salamanca.
