Enrico Minasso, born in 1961, has been a photographer since 1986. From the meeting, in 1997, with the photographer Eric Hartman, former president of Magnum Photos, both an indispensable attraction for black and white and an important turning point in his photographic research derive. Constantly engaged in research through the less conventional use of photographic materials, for some time he has preferred the pinhole technique, that is the use of artisan cameras of medium and large format without lens, and of toy cameras, all strictly film. He personally prints black and white photographs of him. He lives and works in Acqui Terme.
