Anna Godeassi, born in Pordenone in 1981, after having attended the European Institute of Design in Milan and having attended illustration courses with A. Lobato, M. Olivotto, L. Wolfsgruber begins to work in Milan as a freelance illustrator. She collaborates with graphic and advertising agencies (DM + B, Plurima, Ross & amp; Rehal, AREAmarketing, VerticalVision, BRIC'S, Banca Popolare Friuladria, Itaca Comunicazione, Leo Burnett, Philip Morris, PMS GROUP, Trade Magazine),, with magazines such as ElleDecor, 24magazine, Glamor, IoDonna, Bravacasa, Diary, Joy, Psychologies, Grazia, House24, Flair, Luxury24, and publishing houses (LiminaEdizioni, Ediciclo, Mondadori, Rizzoli, Rusc oni, Condé Nast, yeowon Media, Hansol).

In 2007 she published Mr Smith the builder of houses and Find the Troublemakers for children with Yeowon Media, and Aladin with Hansol in 2008. They wrote about her in Glamor (June 2005, December 2005, November 2006, January 2007), CasaAmica, Circuito (for which she edited the covers of the issues of April, July and November 2006) and Marie Claire Japan (November 2007). The ‘Fiera di Pordenone’ dedicated a stand to her in the “Young Artist” pavilion in September 2006.

Life Sharing, a television program about creativity ̀ produced by Endemol Italia, interviewed her in April 2008.

Philip Morris and Leo Burnett chose some of her images for the new Diana cigarettes’ packaging, sold in a collection series in 2008.

Anna Godeassi has a wide range of production among painting, sculpture, illustration for publishing, advertising and video. She has worked with Mondadori, De Agostini, Condè Nast, RCS, Hearst, Loescher, Giunti, Wetransfer, Eni, McDonald, Emergency, Leo Burnett, Trenitalia, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe and La Repubblica.

Among her most recent works: ‘Poesie jazz per cuori curiosi’, released in November, an illustrated book recently published by Rizzoli, a four-handed project with the musician Paolo Fresu. She also created the cover of the book ‘Mia madre non lo deve sapere’, by Chiara Francini, also published by Rizzoli.

In 2019 her solo show ‘Danzando con le mura’ was exhibited in both locations of Il Vicolo, in Milan and Genoa.
