Ulrich Wüst (1949) worked as a city planner and picture editor before pursuing photography full-time. By the mid 80’s he was considered one of the most important photographers of the former GDR. He was part of the documenta 14 has had solo shows at C/O Berlin and Kunstmuseum Dieselkraftwerk Cottbus, among others. He is represented by Galerie LOOCK, Berlin.
