I am a self-taught painter, whose work is a kaleidoscope of colors and shapes, inspired by the great masters such as Van Gogh, Hopper, Tamara de Lempicka and C215. My works are a vibrant mix of bold colors and geometric shapes, creating a visual dynamic that is both modern and timeless. My style is a tribute to Van Gogh, whose ability to capture the intensity of emotions through bold brushstrokes and vibrant colors I admire. From Hopper, I learned the art of simplicity and solitude, and how a seemingly ordinary scene can evoke deep melancholy. Tamara de Lempicka inspired me with her unique Art Deco style, blending sophisticated elegance with a modern twist. And from C215, I was fascinated by his innovative use of stenciling to create striking urban portraits. I mainly work with gouache on paper, but I also explore other mediums such as markers, pastels and charcoal. Each medium offers a new perspective, a new way of seeing and understanding the world. My goal is to extract the soul of a landscape, a face, a place. I seek to go beyond the visible surface, to touch the very essence of my subject. Each work is a conversation, a dance between reality and imagination, an exploration of the soul through art. I invite you to join me in this exploration, to see the world through my eyes, to feel what I feel, and to share this experience with me. Each work is a journey, and each viewer is a precious traveling companion.
