  • About the Artist

Born in 1988, Ségolène Haehnsen Kan studied at the Beaux Arts de Paris in Dominique Gauthier's painting studio.

Her practice focuses on abstract oil painting, in the field of gesture and improvisation.

Her work has been presented in institutional exhibitions such as the Plateau showcase of the Frac Ile-de-France in 2018, the exhibition of the collections of the city of Montrouge in 2018 (curated by Audrey Teichmann) as well as the 62nd Salon de Montrouge (curated by Ami Barak).

She has exhibited internationally in London, Moscow, Vilnius, Shanghai and Ho-Chi-Minh City.

Her works have been included in prestigious collections such as those of the Crédit Agricole (curator Marie Maertens), the Agnes B Foundation (curator William Massey) and the L'Accolade Foundation.
