Salvatore's work explores recurring themes as disenchantment, melancholy, uneasiness, and constantly aims to research a personal and different idea of beauty. His images have been exhibited in Italy and abroad and published in many magazines.

Born in Naples (Italy) in 1973, he graduated in chemical engineering before moving first to design and then to photography thanks to the meeting with the Magnum photographer David Alan Harvey. 
Selected in 2008 for Reflexions Masterclass, a 2-year seminar for contemporary authors held by Giorgia Fiorio and Gabriel Bauret.
 
Currently based in Paris where he works for both personal projects and fashion assignments.
His work explores recurring themes as disenchantment, melancholy, uneasiness    and constantly aims to research a personal and different idea of beauty.

His images have been exhibited in Italy and abroad and published in magazines as Vanity Fair, The Sunday Times, Eyemazing, Yet, Kaltblut, Vogue.it, OOB, Fucking Young among many others.
