Martine Specht

As far back as she can remember, Martine has always loved the precision and beauty of harmonies. But, unlike many artists, she does not remember expressing a marked interest in drawing or painting at an early age. Obviously the conditions were not yet in place. It is at the age of 56, in her adopted Périgord, that REVELATION takes place, when she discovers dry pastel during her first classes. Five months pass. She then lets her passion be expressed in full autonomy. White and black are her favorite playgrounds. She does not abandon the pigments of colors whose richness allows her to explore other intensities vibratory. Contact with this material gives her an incredible happiness! Whether through the work of the flat or the smallest details, she feels directly connected to her hypersensitivity and her love bond with the Divine and its subtle energies.  Then everything merges on paper: the matter, the gesture, inspiration, emotion. It is through her heart that her art expresses itself. Time is no more. The dimensions merge until they become confused. She lives an intense communion until she forgets herself... and sees the final result ... that she delivers to us, with a sincere wish to touch your soul.
