  • About the Artist

Guido Buganza is a painter a scenographer and a engraver.

He signs shows for the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, the Ponchielli in Cremona, the Stabile del Veneto, the Stabile di Bolzano, the Argentina Theater in Rome, the Teatro Due in Parma, the Mercadante in Naples, the Theater Galpon in Geneva and numerous others.

He has repeatedly been a finalist in the UBU award for scenography in Italy.

In 2008 he participated as a scenographer at the Venice Biennale.

He also collaborates with Peter Greenaway, who commissions him for a series of paintings for the video installation "Peopling the Palaces" at the Reggia di Venaria in Turin.

Numerous personal and collective pictorial exhibitions, which see him present in Milan, Barcelona, ​​Bordeaux, Wingfield, Miami, Tokyo. In 2015 he exhibited at the National Archaeological Museum of Chiusi and in 2016 at the Messina Museum in Milan
