In 2020, in total isolation due to a pandemic that affected all the peoples of the world, Giacomo dedicated himself to the art of painting as a form of expression of his poetic soul. A new artistic guise that will lead him to travel all over the world with personal exhibitions of "painting and poetry". His art will have important awards, reviews and prestigious art criticisms. It will also be present in the catalog of "Contemporary Art" published by Mondadori with a four-page artistic dossier with the prestigious signature of the art critic and historian Doctor Vittorio Sgarbi. He thus becomes part of the international artistic community.

After spending his childhood and adolescence in the streets and alleys of his city, he feels within himself a primordial need to leave everything and go in search of new realities and new cultures to live. Travel, people, places and scenarios that will see him live his life as a protagonist and with wonder in his eyes. It will have beautiful and hard events to face courageously without ever backing down. In 2008, after a serious accident following which he loses his sight, he decides to take back his life and live it to the fullest through his usual passion, writing. After a very long period of rehabilitation as a policeman he returned to service in civilian roles, at the P.S. of the city of Acerra, he returns to his city with different eyes with the awareness and awareness that life remains the most beautiful journey a man can make.
