  • About the Artist

Clara Sánchez Sala (b.1987) is an artist based in Madrid. Having studied Fine Arts at the University of Castilla La Mancha (2007-2012), she obteined an MA of Photoespaña in Artistic Theory and projects at the European University of Madrid (2012-2013), and one year later she obtained a MA in researching and creation at the University Complutense of Madrid.

Her artistic research develops bonds between scientific, literature and technological data, from a poetic point of view, starting from three fundamental topics on her artistic investigation: the fictional dimension of cartographic representation; rational and metrical, the reflection on landscape as a meeting point, and the Earth as a primigenial experience for men.
