Antonio Di Falco continually explores the inner world to the point of wanting to probe the deepest emotions.

His art, made up of signs, symbols and archetypes, is distinguished by his incessant search for an inner gravity that goes beyond the speed of time imposed by the world. The artist's works represent instantaneous flashes of his own sensations and wounds, leading to constant reflection on the need to live one's emotions, even the strongest ones, in order to make them eternal in the subsequent memory. The materials used, with their characteristic warm colour, are strongly linked to nature, traditions and their land of origin.

The two-dimensional works executed on panels of pressed wood (common in construction sites) are characterised by an evident stratification of natural colours, alternating soft and smooth parts; the author alternates caressing gestures with increasingly strong and incisive interventions, using natural charcoal, which, flowing along the stratifications, shatters, making that moment eternal. The sculptures made from pieces of tree returned from the stormy sea and collected from the beaches of his own land, are characterised by the minimal intervention by the artist who brings them back to a new life, a priori recognising a new form.

Antonio Di Falco was born in Naples in 1973. In 2007 he moved to Milan, and it was during the years spent in this city that he approached the world of art: he has always been passionate about painting, drawing and photography, and has followed exhibitions and delved into contemporary art. Nevertheless, his hometown of Naples continues to be an inexhaustible source of inspiration for its natural beauty as well as its cultural and artistic wealth.
The artist's career began with the exploration of a surreal and metaphysical sphere, and in recent years has moved towards a more introspective and intimist vision, while still maintaining strong ties to his native land.

He made his public debut in 2015 at the collective contemporary art competition "EXPOARTEITALIANA" at Villa Bagatti Valsecchi, curated by Prof. Vittorio Sgarbi and commissioned by the Lombardy Region, with the work "Le Conseguenze dell'Incuria". Since 2016 she has participated in several group exhibitions: in March 2016 she took part in the group exhibition "VERITAS FEMINAE - ART CONTEST" in Matera at the Casa Cava in the heart of the Sassi di Matera, then the participation in the group exhibition "LIBERA ISPIRAZIONE" (2015), at the Terrace rooms of the Castel dell'Ovo in Naples. In July 2018 - "GILDA CONTEMPORARY ART" presented her personal exhibition entitled "ATTESE" curated by Cristina Gilda Artese, who from that moment follows and takes care of her evolution and research in a constant work of support.
From 22 September to 31 October 2018 - participated in the group exhibition "SUPERFICIE VARIABILE", in the suggestive context of the Fatebenefratelli Cultural Centre in Valmadrera (Lecco); the exhibition, promoted and produced by the arsprima association and curated by Cristina Gilda Artese represented an interesting synthesis on materials as an expressive tool of contemporary art.
